flydubai is a low-cost carrier headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was established by the Dubai government in 2008 and operated its first commercial flights in 2009.

From its base at Dubai International Airport, the airline serves destinations across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe, including scheduled flights to Istanbul in Türkiye.

With its modern narrow-body fleet, flydubai focuses on making travel more affordable on short- and medium-haul routes from Dubai.
