No Win, No Fee

At UcusTazmin, we review your claim free of charge. Our service fee is only charged if your claim is successful and compensation is recovered. If your claim is rejected or no compensation is obtained, you pay absolutely nothing.

Service Fee

A 20% service fee, VAT included, is deducted from the successfully recovered compensation amount. No further charges or taxes are added on top of it.

Submitting a claim is completely free of charge.
No upfront payment or case handling fee is required.
The service fee applies only if compensation is successfully recovered.
No fees are charged if the claim is unsuccessful or compensation cannot be recovered.
The service fee is 20% with VAT included; no VAT or any other cost is added on top of it.
The recovered compensation amount is transferred to the claimant after deducting the 20% VAT-inclusive service fee.
Service fees and tax obligations may be updated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Do I have to pay anything when submitting my claim?

No. Your claim is submitted and reviewed free of charge. UcusTazmin only charges a fee if compensation is successfully recovered.

Do I have to pay if I do not receive compensation?

No. If your claim is unsuccessful or no compensation can be recovered, you will not be charged any fee.

When will I receive my compensation?

Once compensation has been recovered from the airline or the relevant authority, the remaining amount will be transferred to you after deducting the 20% VAT-inclusive service fee.

Will VAT be added on top of the service fee?

No. VAT is included in the 20% service fee, so there are no surprises later. You receive the full remaining 80% of the compensation.
