What is flight compensation, and who can apply?

Under EU Regulation 261/2004, if your flight was delayed by more than 3 hours, cancelled, or you were denied boarding due to overbooking, you can claim compensation of between €250 and €600 based on the flight distance.

All passengers departing from Türkiye or arriving in the EU can benefit from this right. Create your claim and we'll correspond with the airline on your behalf.
